Every move Dennis made today was under the guise of Superhero Dennis. He came into the den, assumed his pose, and announced that he was available if we needed any rescuing. He said "I will save the day--tell me if you are in trouble". Then he left. He checked with us periodically to see if we needed any saving, so David wrapped me up in a belt and I yelled for help. He yelled "Superhero Dennis is on the way" and then we waited and waited. I yelled for help again and we heard "I am having some trouble with my Super Bike" but he soon came riding down the hallway to my rescue.

Later, we saw him doing the kind of wriggling dance that had us insisting he go to the bathroom. He ran out of the room and then got on his scooter, pointed his finger toward the sky and said "Superhero Dennis to the potty" as he scooted down the hall to the bathroom. It's sure handy to have a hero in the house!
