School was a pajama party today! Dennis wore his pj's and slippers and took his new sleeping bag and camping pillow. He had his flashlight and Froggy and was all set for fun. His teacher greeted him in her one piece blue fleece pajamas with rubber duckies on them, complete with drop seat in the back. All the kids were so cute in their jammies! Since I was busy with my own class, I don't know what all transpired, but I hear that they curled up on their bags and listened to stories, shone their flashlights in the dark, ate cereal and milk... And they all went to the playground and played hard in their pajamas. It sounds like a good time was had by all!
We visited Gigi at the lake this afternoon and observed the demolition to her house (in the rain). Dennis marched in, put down his umbrella, and looked around. He said "so this is what happened to your house!". We have no idea what he meant, but he said it several times!
