It was a THREE party day! The soccer closing party happened at the City Pool, and Dennis wasted no time jumping in and swimming with the kids there. He seemed to have the most fun playing in the kiddie pool with his teammates, jumping on the coach and wrestling him down.
He also had a wonderful time at Chloe's and Gran's birthday parties (as did we). In the car, he asked us if we thought he was smart, sweet, good, wonderful, etc. He was pleased when we bolstered his confidence! And tonight on the way home, he asked "Mommy what are you doing?" and I told him I was riding in the car. He said "well, I'm back here picking a booger!" and when we laughed, said "I'm just kidding!!".
The Transformer count is rising. I think we're up to 6 Autobots and 2 Decepticons. He is thrilled, of course, and I'm learning how to transform the ones that are still a bit complicated for him.
