We spent a good portion of today at the lake house. The Gallmans were with us and Dennis and Chloe enjoyed each other this afternoon after a morning where they were tired of each other. At one point I passed by Dennis' room and saw him glaring at her furiously, holding his train to his chest and demanding that she "GO! Go Go!!!". They got over it after their naps.

He was happy to get to see his great-Granny and his Grandma when they stopped by the lake on their way to Dadeville (to see the new baby). And when it was time to leave to go home, he was more than ready. He ran around our house happily reclaiming all the space as his own. Yes, he loves company and loves having people around, but he also loves his privacy!

Today's super cute moment: we were worried when there was quiet, and we turned to find Dennis and Chloe playing with a tube of caulk and a paintbrush. The paintbrush was clean and the caulk was sealed, but they were caulking and painting together very happily. Big smiles and super giggles are always fun to see.
