As we cuddled together on the couch, miserable with our colds, Dennis decided we should make some calls. He told his Daddy and his Gran the same thing: "I am snuggling with Mommy and enjoying her shows." I was watching HGTV when he showed up from his nap to cuddle. He seems to like House Hunters and House Hunters International as much as I do.
After we snuggled for a while, he said "I have a great idea, Mommy. Why don't we clean up the house?". I always get the same idea when I see those houses on TV too. I asked him "are you going to help me?" and he said "no, I just want to finishing watching this show. But you could clean it by yourself." Indeed I could, and should, and most likely will when I am feeling some better.
He heard what he thought was a bad word tonight. David was looking at the TV and saw the house showing on House Hunters (a HUGE one in Denver) and said "WOW--what is their budget?!" and I was telling him $1.5 mil when Dennis said "we don't say 'budget', it's not nice." I bet lots of people think 'budget' is a dirty word!
