Mini David

Yesterday Dennis made the observation that David likes to say "we will go from there" when Dennis asks step by step what will happen next for the upcoming evening. Tonight we were on our way home from a dinner when David asked him if he planned to play in his room for a while or put on his pajamas and go straight to bed. He answered "I will put on my pajamas and we'll go from there".

Today was his first ever Upward Basketball game at the church. His team is called the Cougars and they did pretty well. They don't keep score for the younger players, so I couldn't tell you if they beat the Dragons or not, but I was proud of Dennis for staying with the game and running the ball down the court and passing. He's quite good at defense as well. I'm proud of him and he certainly played hard for the entire game! It's no wonder he needed a nap before we went to our dinner party tonight.
