At Steak 'n Shake for dinner, he was presented with the customary kid packet--activity placemat, crayons, cardboard car to assemble and decals to apply to car, all tucked in to a paper hat. These folks know kids. He had enough to keep him occupied until the food came. He was delighted and said "they thought I was the cutest kid in the world and they gave me all this stuff!".
